Who are Charles and John Legal Services?

Charles and John Legal Services has been providing professional services since June 2004 to busy professionals who need to administer a 'Small Claims' County Court proceeding but do not have the time or expertise to follow through with the same themselves.

We understand that making a claim through the English Small Claims Court can be a lesson in both patience and perseverance, not to mention burning the proverbial hole in your pocket. Besides that not many individuals have the time or knowledge required to process a small claims summons. We at Charles and John Legal services have a dedicated team of legal professionals who are equipped to navigate County Court procedures and help you with your claims.

We take pride in the fact that we have effective links with the County Courts where the claims are filed and are therefore able to assist you in the best possible way which includes submitting your claim to the courts on your behalf.
